VOICE & AI · MY PROMISE
Your voice.
Your permission.
I will not train on, clone, or synthesize your voice without a separate signed agreement.

Separate consent. Separate compensation.
Myriagon’s production standard is no training on a performer’s recordings, voice cloning, voice-model creation, or synthetic performance generation without a separate, specific written agreement and separately agreed compensation. Submitting an audition, accepting a role, or uploading a take does not provide that permission.
Any such proposal must identify the intended use, tools or providers, permitted audience and distribution, duration, and limits before the performer decides. An ordinary performance agreement must not be treated as consent for synthetic-voice use.
Clear disclosure before processing.
If I propose AI-assisted cleanup or dialogue restoration, I will explain the treatment, provider, whether recordings leave the production’s systems, and the applicable handling terms before processing. The written project brief and agreement will record that understanding.
Research and production decisions.
The Audio Plugin Radar is an editorial reference. Actual use on a performance belongs in the project brief. Red “Uses AI” markers identify known AI tools; check the provider’s documentation for each tool’s current capabilities.
Where your recording goes.
The recording-handling section explains the portal’s current storage, access and retention facts. Before requesting new My Booth intake, I will complete the independent sign-in and handling requirements described there.
Questions and deletion requests.
Email Julian@MyriagonEntertainment.com with your question or removal request. I will review removal requests and explain the outcome, including any agreement, backup or already-released-production limits. Removing raw files and changing agreed rights in a released work are separate decisions.
