The site saves a motion preference in your browser when you change it. Its pages are hosted through OpenAI Sites, which may process technical information and visitor analytics as part of hosting. See OpenAI’s privacy policy for provider information.

External references

Videos open on YouTube; plugin and source links open third-party sites with their own privacy practices. Editorial images may be loaded from external hosts. Tutorial players load only when you choose to visit their video site.

Owner publishing

The restricted publishing area uses Sign in with ChatGPT. Article drafts and publishing records are stored in the site’s hosted database. Julian remains the website editor; a production account grants only its explicitly assigned access.

Actor accounts

My Booth uses Supabase to verify your email and Resend to deliver sign-in links and codes. The portal stores your verified account identifier, production name, project invitations, casting-pool status and access records in its hosted database. A secure browser cookie keeps your portal session; actors do not need a password or ChatGPT account. Email verification alone does not grant access to scripts or other actors’ recordings.

Your recordings.

Stored data: Original audio in private Cloudflare R2 storage; D1 database records for filenames, sizes, script and scene links, take labels, review, upload progress and part checksums. The application runs through OpenAI Sites on Cloudflare Workers.
Access: You and people with explicit review authority for your production, including Julian, can retrieve your take through permission-checked endpoints. Other actors cannot retrieve it. Personal script notes stay private to their author.
Retention: Completed originals currently have no automatic expiry. Withdrawing a take hides it; it does not erase its stored bytes. Request removal by emailing Julian@MyriagonEntertainment.com so the request and any applicable agreement limits can be reviewed.
Incomplete uploads: The resume session lasts six days. Explicit cancellation can remove an unfinished upload; expiry alone is not a promise that stored bytes have been deleted.
Backups: An independent recording backup and restore procedure has not been verified for this portal. Keep your own originals. Storage redundancy is different from a recoverable backup after deletion.
Processing: The current delivery path preserves original bytes and inspects WAV container headers. It does not call an automatic transcription or voice-generation service. Provider handling terms remain applicable.

New actor accounts begin with a shared project invitation and verified email. Accepting an invitation places you in that project’s audition pool; it does not grant script access. Julian assigns production access and recording work separately. Confirm your production’s recording and delivery instructions before sending a take.
